Returns and Exchanges
We offer a “no quibble” cancellation, returns and refunds policy.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason when you receive it or wish to change your mind and cancel the transaction after you have paid for it, please inform us within seven days of recorded receipt and we will refund the full purchase price. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the product(s) to us.
- Cancellation: All non custom orders on or before seven(7) days of receipt.
- Breakages: Any breakages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt and a photograph of the item is required, otherwise return or replacement will not be allowed.
