Delivery and Returns

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once you place your order online, we get started on getting it delivered to you as soon as possible.

 

    • IN STOCK: Unless an item is marked “available on backorder” it is in stock and will usually be shipped by the next day.
 
    • OUT OF STOCK: Out of stock items can be ordered online. In such cases “available on backorder” will appear on the product’s detail page. Please contact Orla for expected delivery on these items.
 
    • PARTIAL ORDERS: Unless directed otherwise we will only ship your order complete. (after all the backordered items are ready to ship).
 
  • SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS: You will have an opportunity to include a message to us in your order during the online ordering process.

 

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We offer a “no quibble” cancellation, returns and refunds policy.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason when you receive it or wish to change your mind and cancel the transaction after you have paid for it, please inform us within seven days of recorded receipt and we will refund the full purchase price. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the product(s) to us.

 

    • Cancellation: All non custom orders on or before seven(7) days of receipt.
 
  • Breakages: Any breakages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt and a photograph of the item is required, otherwise return or replacement will not be allowed.

 

DELIVERY METHOD & LEAD TIME

STANDARD DELIVERY: via Courier, see below.

 

    • Delivery within Ireland: Up to two(2) working days, standard.
 
    • UK Mainland Delivery: Up to five(5) working days, standard.
 
    • US Delivery: Up to five(7) working days, standard.
 
    • EU Delivery: Up to five(5) working days, standard.
 
  • Rest of world Delivery: Can take longer than to other destinations.
